The Art of Living is a three-screen immersive short film exploring the shared philosophy of Jørn Utzon and Lin Yutang. While Utzon drew on Chinese aesthetics—including Yingzao Fashi and Lin’s writings—for the Sydney Opera House, this project highlights a deeper resonance: a humanist ideal of joy, leisure, and spiritual well-being amidst modern progress. Blending historical footage, AI-generated imagery, and digital animation, the film reimagines their vision across time and culture.
